An urban infill project combining a new church hall and eight housing association flats is nearly half way through its construction phase at the above site.The new church hall, at ground floor level, has been commissioned by the Trustees of the Parish of St. Margaret's, to replace an old church hall previously occupying the same site.
The eight number one and two bedroom flats have been commissioned by Southland Housing Association Limited and occupy the first and second floors of the new building.
The project is a design and build contract and is being built by Ashe Construction (Southampton) Limited and is due for handover at the beginning of June 2002.
