Axis Architecture has recently installed Archetype software, a system developed specifically for design offices. It offers incredible flexibility in the management of projects and documents to meet clients needs, providing a complete integrated system addressing most of the day to day management tasks including email, drawing management, job costing and fees.
Archetype consists of more than 50 programs including projects, emails, documents, contacts, correspondence, meetings, staff, holidays and resource management, all integrated into a single system.
Archetype will address issues such as Quality Assurance, increasing productivity, information management and standardisation of documents. It provides a system of working that simplifies day to day activities and unifies all the practice's work processes.
