News Update January 2011 - Planning Permissions
January has been a busy month for Axis with several projects gaining planning permission, ongoing work for regular clients and a surge in new enquires. Hopes are high for a steady rise in comissions, and for several large long-term projects to come to fruition.
Our recent new service, The Professional Consultant Certificate, has proved to be useful for several clients already, which has enabled the release of vital funds from their banks. If you require a certificate from a professional consultant to release mortgage funds from a bank, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Recent Planning Approvals
Change of use from a Disinfestation Centre to a Youth Supports Centre. The scheme, for the charity Motiv8south, will provide a much needed youth support centre in Gosport for children between 13-19 years of age. The scheme has been designed to allow for its future development into a two storey building as and when it is required.
Planning permission has been gained for a modern house extension and alteration in Emsworth. The angular form will provide an interesting contrast between the 1950s semi-detached house and the new extension. Internal alterations will turn an out-dated living arrangement into an open-plan kitchen and dining area.
Axis has also gained planning permission for a reception extension to Slinfold Boarding School, which will provide a more welcoming and accessible entrance to the school. This is part of an on-going modernisation of the building complex and will allow the staff to have a dedicated meeting room, larger reception and larger kitchen.
Please see the images above for examples of the projects.
