The success of Portsmouth based architects, Axis Architecture, in securing regional projects has created two new positions within the firm. Jane Santy has been recruited as office manager to take on the day-to-day running of the practice, while Emyr Griffiths brings in specialist skills as an architectural technologist.
Jane Santy brings considerable skills to the practice, having previously worked for 6 years as office manager for a fabric engineering company. As well as being responsible for the smooth running of the practice, Jane will oversee the marketing communications and running of events.
Emyr brings further strength to the technical expertise of the practice. An architectural technologist, he will be concerned primarily with all technological aspects of building design and construction, from the initial client briefing to the completion of the project. From a key architectural practice in Plymouth, he offers expertise in commercial, residential and industrial projects with the ability to interact with clients and the design team to produce schemes that exceed the requirements and expectations of clients.
