Construction is underway of this laboratory as part of a 'Product Innovation Centre' for COSi Ltd - a global cosmetics company with their UK base in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The laboratory is to be used as part of the Research & Development of new products, and to form part of the marketing strategy to entertain potential clients, allowing them access to the facility to see the development of a product.
Whilst the brief outlined a number of functional requirements for the laboratory, its use as a marketing tool made room for some design 'flourishes' such as the raised up-lit ceiling feature and the bespoke curvy work surfaces.
Axis Architecture produced these 3D images to enable our client to visualise and promote the scheme, both within the organisation and to the general public.
