Axis was asked to design a new club house for a busy and popular sailing club on the east coast. The current sailing club would be replaced with this new club and the design had to incorporate facilities to support the activities of its members.
A key feature of the design was the large social area that included a bar and a multi-purpose additional space with windows overlooking the waterfront and sailing area.
