Axis Architecture was commissioned by Norman Wright Builders Ltd., a local 'design build' contractor, to provide architectural design drawings in support of their tender bid. The scheme is a new medium sized industrial unit with integral two-storey office content on a clear plot on an industrial estate at Waterlooville.
Their bid was successful and Axis Architecture were employed to provide a full working drawing package and specification and to assist the Contractor during the construction phase.
The contract value was approximately £650,000.00.
