TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUILDING - MIDLANDS
Practical Completion has just been achieved for a high tech, high security telecommunications building in the Midlands. The project was a 'Design & Build' contract with Dean & Dyball contractors of Ringwood.
The Client's brief called for a building that was 'inconspicuous' hence the battleship grey camouflage. Construction commenced on site in August 2003 and was completed at the end of April 2004 to programme. The Contract value was approximately £1.4 million.
