basingstoke - aerospace industrial unit refurbishment
Axis Architecture was employed by Vibro-Meter UK (a local aerospace accessory manufacturing business) who were relocating to this site. The existing industrial unit had suffered years of insufficient maintenance and the passage of time had left the existing building faded.
Whilst the existing structure of the building remains unchanged, it was necessary for various amendments and additions to be made internally to make the building suitable for a new occupier and their equipment.
Refurbishing the exterior of the building was a primary concern, both to establish a new identity for the occupier, and to aesthetically enhance the currently poorly maintained appearance.
