House Extension and Remodelling
Originally a single storey bungalow, Axis received a brief to remodel the ground floor to incorporate a larger kitchen, an en-suite shower room and a cloakroom, and relocate the main bathroom to a first floor extension. This was achieved by designing a large pitched roof dormer to provide the necessary headroom to change the roof space into a first floor bathroom. Axis gained the necessary planning permission and building control approval for this project.
