Axis Architecture was commissioned to provide a full architectural service for a 4 bedroom chalet bungalow on a difficult site.
The Clients had purchased the site with outline planning approval for a two-bedroom single storey bungalow but required a two-storey four-bedroom unit. Axis architecture was initially commissioned to resolve the planning difficulties.
The site was tight and the planning issues were complex but a design was produced that satisfied the Local Authority and the Client.
A full architectural service was provided including tendering to local contractors and administering the contract on site through to a successful handover.
The contract value was approximately £130,000.00
