QUALITY ASSURANCE

Axis operates a comprehensive quality system and is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2000. Regular internal audits and annual audit from an external assessor ensure that our certification is kept up to date.

Regular management reviews of our procedures and processes ensures that our quality system supports our policy of providing our customers with excellent service that is in accordance with customer expectations and needs and our own company standards.

All employees of the company, whether or not directly involved in quality matters, work within the prescribed QA system and are required to place the highest priority on the quality of service provided by the company.

Constructionline

Axis obtains annual certification to meet the Constructionline pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement. Constructionline is the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants whose aim is to improve efficiencies for buyers and suppliers in the construction industry. Specifically it endeavours to reduce the duplication of work and administration relating to the process of pre-qualifying suppliers for construction contracts.
Thousands of public and private sector organisations throughout the UK already use the Constructionline database to source pre-qualified suppliers in the construction sector. Constructionline is endorsed by the Department of Business Innovation & Skills. The OGC Common Minimum Standards and The Local Government Task Force also recommend using Constructionline as part of the pre-qualification and tendering process.
