AXIS ARCHITECTURE PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT CERTIFICATE
Axis is able to provide a Professional Consultant Certificate to enable lenders to release funds on a newly built (or newly converted) property at specific stages of the project.
Many lenders and banks will generally only lend on a newly built (or newly converted) property where the property is covered by a warranty scheme (eg. NHBC) or a certificate issued by a professional consultant. Lenders require confirmation that the workmanship conforms to adequate building practice (building regulations) and the construction is in general conformity with the approved plans and specification.
Axis Architecture is qualified to supervise work and issue the necessary certificates during construction and upon completion.
You can expect to receive the following services:
- Checking of plans and technical details of the project. *
- Site visits at various stages of construction.
- Issuing stage payment certificates, if required.
- Issuing interim reports and advice.
- Issuing a pre-completion report.
- Offering expert advice throughout.
