We have recently gained planning & building regulations approval for a change of use from a private detached house into a 7 bedroom children’s home in Hampstead Norrys. The property is currently being converted and will host young people from 11 to 16 years of age. The children will travel to schools at New Barn and Home Farm located nearby at Welford which are also part of the Hillcrest Children’s Services organisation.
We have recently gained planning approval on behalf of The Samaritans of Portsmouth for a change of use to convert the first & second floors and part of the ground floor, from a counselling centre into a 3 bed maisonette. The existing building has remained largely unused in recent years and the charity wanted to maximise their income by converting the property into a dwelling in order to gain rental income.
Planning approval has been granted for an application consisting of internal alterations to create a new pasta cooking process, two new two storey extensions containing a new DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) process, additional external plant and machinery and reconfigured external works to create additional car parking.
