With growing pupil numbers Fordwater School required an extension to suit their existing modular buildings by providing a new classroom with adjoining hygiene room and toilets and a multi-purpose room accommodating groups of up to 20. Ceiling tracks were designed and installed to assist with accessibility for special needs users.
Due to our experience working with special needs projects we were able to deliver a fit for purpose proposal in good time and on budget. The extension consisted of a steel channel inner skin and Fermacell board throughout for a more durable finish.
This project was collaborated between ourselves, Structural Engineers and M&E Consultants using 3D modelling software (Revit).
